Thanks for your visit to海外PIKOCHU論壇-ピコーツ（怒?）.Before your register, please read the requests below:

1. All the malicious or insulting speeches are prohibited. Since we are all Piko’s fans who loved PIKO so much, please get along well with each other.
2. Register twice in order to have multiple IDs is prohibited.
3. All the behaviors that are suspicious of maliciously earning Piko points and Piko coins, such as replies that are meaningless, multiple or same contents, are prohibited
4. Don’t ask or reply something stupid or silly. Remember to respect all the members in the forum, Piko and other Niconico utaites. Think twice before you may try to say something offensive.
5. Read the rules on the page before you post or reply anything.

If you agree these five requests above, then you can start you register process.
